Multiple Levels
We offer different levels of competitive placement/commitment.
1. PeeWee Company who perform one routine at 1 local competition.
2. Mini Company who perform one routine at 3 full team competitions.
3. Full Seasoned Team with 3 different levels, based on skill. You perform 2 routines (at minimum) traveling to 3-5 competitions/conventions through the year.

Our team is made up of experienced and passionate dance professionals who are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals in the competitive world and beyond. We work together to provide a supportive and nurturing environment where our students can thrive. We are very team oriented and encourage sportsmanship, community service, and teamwork.

Our company is committed to giving back to the community through various volunteer opportunities, including our own event "Caroling for a Cause" during the holidays. We believe that being involved in our community is an important way to make a positive impact, both on and off the stage for our students. Building humble, kind, and caring is a top priority at RSDA. To support this mission, our dancers dedicate time each year to volunteer and contribute in meaningful ways. They are required to have a minimum of 5 hours each season to maintain their spot on the competition team, but some have reached up to 36 hours!
